Wedding

It was a big year for Sasha in 2005 as she married her very own prince charming Mr. Andrew Stewart!

They tied the knot in Castle Leslie in Ireland in June with close friends and family in attendance. Sasha wore a duchesse satin blush pink couture gown, covered with hand made frence lace and swarovski crystals. It was created for her by Basia Zarzycka in London. Andre treated himself to a made to measure suit by Gucci and wore the same blush pink tie as Sasha’s dress. The bridesmaids were Lisa Duke and Sasha’s younger sister Nola Barnett, in ivory gowns, made for them in Ireland. The best man was John Haffey. Flower girl and page boy were Nola’s babies Zara (2) and Harrison (3), who completely stole the show with their cuteness.

The entire day was a complete fairytale and finished off with a fireworks display at midnight and not a dry eye in the house. The happy couple whisked themselves off for a 2 week honeymoon in the Seychelles, staying at The Banyan Tree and also a few nights at Dennis Island.

Spoilt, spoilt, spoilt I hear you say; but why not? They loved every minute and only wish they could do it all over again!
